How to find Parkfield Hotel
From the end of the M55 where the nearside lane leaves the motorway for the north shore you will need to move into the centre lane and follow signs for S’Shore & Airport A5230, also signed for Main car parks and Coach parking areas, and Lytham St Annes (B2561).
After about 400yds you will need to move over into the right lane as the lane you are now travelling on will head left for the airport and Lytham St Annes. You will come to a roundabout, there is a (Mercedes-Benz showroom on your right) go straight over the roundabout onto Yeadon Way, once on here you cannot leave as it is a high rise road that is walled all the way along, after about a mile you will come to a small roundabout take the 2nd exit as the 1st will take you into the car park and petrol station. At the next roundabout turn right (2nd Exit) you will now have Aldi supermarket in front and to the left of you, at the roundabout take 1st exit (left) and at the traffic lights turn left again Aldi will still be on your left.
You will now be on Waterloo Road at the roundabout (Royal Oak pub on your right) take the 1st Exit (left) you will now be on Lytham Road. Continue for about 300 yards, the road ahead will rise as it goes over a railway bridge, DO NOT GO OVER THE BRIGDE you will see to right the wooden hoardings that surround the plot where the Grand Hotel used to stand, and Station Road will be to your right. take the small road just to the right of the bridge and to the left of the hoardings this is Station Terrace then take the 1st right, you should now be on Withnell Road, we are the 4th building down after the alleyway, on your right.

Cancellation Policy
You can Cancel your booking at any time up to 48 hours prior to your arrival, via e-mail or by phoning 01253-341255 with loss of deposit only. Cancellations less than 48 hours of arrival, first night stay will be charged, Cancellation on day of arrival, or failure to show will be charged at full value of booking. An early check-out is also considered as a cancellation, in this event any outstanding balance will be payable. Please see our terms and conditions on our website for full details.
No Smoking Policy:
Under the law, it is illegal to smoke in any part of the hotel (including bathrooms) anyone found smoking will be asked to leave, no refunds will be given, and any amounts outstanding will be due.
It should also be noted that in the event of any person found smoking, or any evidence of smoking, IE butt ends, ash, or smell of smoke in the room a deep cleaning charge of £75.00 will also be charged.
Drugs:
Anyone found in possession of or taking any illegal substance will have their stay terminated and the matter will be reported to the police without exception.
Alcohol:
Alcohol can be purchased form the bar (over 18s only) we do not allow alcohol of any kind in the rooms, As we are a licenced premises it is not permitted to bring your own on to the premises. If we find alcohol in your room you will be asked to remove it, failing to do so may result in you being asked to leave.

Child Policy

Please Note! Take away foods and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the bedrooms, Only registered residents are allowed access to the bedrooms. The registered guest shall be held financially liable for all damages and losses, however so caused. Theft of any kind shall be reported to the police without exception.
